As more HDB in Queenstown and Telok Blangah area reaches its 5-years’ MOP, we would likely to see more HDBs upgraders to private condominiums. Dual-income families could get a resale condominium for own stay and another smaller unit, likely new launch, for investment. With the stable supply and demand, property prices will remain stable as long as cooling measures are in place. Parc Clematis sold 900 over units since it initial launch all thanks to HDBs upgraders in the vicinity. We will likely to see healthy take up rate for future launch like Clavon and One Normanton Park when more newly MOP HDBs are transacted in the Queenstown or Telok Blangah area.
